Finding help when you need it can be hard. Especially when you are traveling down your path to success. You will come across bumps in the road that will hold you up or set you back and you will realize that you need help. No one is great at everything. We all need help at times. So the real question is where do you get that needed help?
Many times you can rely on the internet for answers but sometimes you will need an actual mentor or someone that is specialized in the area that you need help with. For most, that can actually be a hard task to do. So when it comes to finding someone to personally help you out, what I have found to be my biggest helper (other than my family and other people that I am close with) would be social media.
There are so many people that are specialized in so many different things that offer their services or expertise in many different ways. Some of those people do that as business and charge for it and some people are just willing to help others with their knowledge. But even those that charge will often give you so much useful info before they charge. Overall, what I am trying to say is that if you are stuck in some way and you just cant find an answer, I’d recommend trying to find someone on social media that is either specialized in the area you need help in or someone that seems to be in the same area you need help in but are further along in their progress.
For examples of this, if you are looking to start your own business but you don’t know where to start, you should find a business owner or someone who has owned a business. Obviously not everyone is going to be so generous and reply to your questions so it may take a few people. There are a lot of people out there though that enjoy getting questions and other comments from beginners or others that are just looking for advice. Even I had to reach out to others in my field to help me get to where I am and I still do reach out on occasions for certain things because I’m not a know it all nor will I ever be.
I also get asked questions sometimes being in the position that I am in and I love getting questions and hearing from others. I know that it is one of my goals to help as many people as I can, to get where they want to be in life. But for now, what I am trying to say is that if you feel that you are running out of options when it comes to needing help, look to social media. Almost everyone uses it so the options are almost endless. Just find someone that you think or know would be able to help you and shoot them a message. Don’t stay stuck at a stand still. Keep moving and get the help you need. Keep Owning your passion.
